Channel steel band & steel punching & shearing line model YCDX is mainly used for punching/printing/cutting
channel steel and band steel. By changing the mold to form slotted hole, at one-time. The machine has a wide range of processing in operation in electric power, communication, automobile,
steel structure industries and it has high efficiency, high precision and simple operation.
The main engine of this CNC production line adopts the steel plate assembly mechanism. Small size, light weight
and good rigidity. The hydraulic system is replaced by the solenoid valve and the structure is simple, easy to use
and easy to maintain.
The CNC control system can ensure the longitudinal punching hole distance in the channel steel web plate and
band steel , and also adopt cnc control in landscape orientation .so it realize the stadia punching in band steel,
band steel web.Shearing unit is a single blade shear, the blade clearance between upper and lower blade can be
adjusted according to the thickness of the material. To sum up, this automatic production line realizes the punching, printing and shearing operation of channel steel, band steel, multi-pore diameter.
